Individual Therapy

Seeking therapy is a really important step in your personal healing journey. My goal is to help you to set and work toward your goals by getting to the root of your issues.  I work through an existential lens with a focus on mindfulness and attachment theory. I incorporate somatic and parts (IFS) work with clients to go deeper into their experiences and bodies. I work with couples and relationships through an EFT informed approach. I am trauma informed in all of my work.
