All you want to do is crawl into bed and pull the covers over your head. The mean voice inside keeps telling you that you aren’t good enough, that you don’t deserve to rest. “Take care of everyone else before taking care of yourself.” “You have to be strong…All The Damn Time.“ You can’t say no because then they won’t like you.”

Perhaps you resent the hell out of your partner(s). You’re sick of picking up their damn socks off the floor yet AGAIN, or you just found out that they’ve been cheating, or you can’t remember the last time you had sex. Relationships can be messy and painful when we stop seeing each other’s hearts. We build walls, walk away or beg for them to keep loving us.

In therapy I work with individuals, couples, and people in unique relationships to connect, slow down, and heal. We will uncover what’s holding you back from experiencing more joy. Therapy is your space to be fully yourself, to break down, to rebuild, to laugh, and to cry. I’ll have your back for ALL of it.
